Hey people, I wonder how to make animated pictures in color of people with the computer? I’m trying to color cartoon that made this drawing. I’ve scanned the computer but have no idea how people can clean up the scanned image and color. Y ‘photoshop? If so, all the sites recommended by teaching people to color? Thanks folks.
